Our menu
We offer a variety of BBQ favorites with a unique Latin twist. Dive into our selection of starters, mains (Platos del Don), and sides. All made with love and the freshest ingredients.
Starters
BBQ Wings: Six bone-in wings tossed in our signature house glaze. Smoky, sweet, and straight-up solid.
BBQ Jalapeño Bombs: Four cream-cheese-stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon and finished with our BBQ glaze. A little spice, a lot of flavor.
Pulled Pork Loaded Fries: Crispy fries topped with pulled pork, cole slaw, melted cheese, pickles, and house sauce.
Loaded Baked Potato: Baked potato with butter, cheese, pickled onions, cheese sauce, house sauce, and your choice of protein (Pulled Pork, Chopped Beef Patty, or Shrimp).
Kids Grilled Cheese: Texas toast grilled with melted cheese, served with French fries.
Platos del don (mains)
Full Rack: Approx. 1LB of slow-cooked baby back ribs glazed with our signature BBQ sauce. Served with one side and Texas toast.
Half Rack: Approx. 10 oz of our slow-cooked baby back ribs glazed to finish. Served with one side and Texas toast.
Don Dog: Bacon-wrapped hot dog topped with pulled pork, cole slaw, pickled onions, and house sauce. Served with one side.
Patty Melt: Seasoned beef patty on Texas toast with melted cheese, caramelized onions, and house sauce. Served with one side.
Pulled Pork Melt: Butter-toasted Texas toast filled with pulled pork and cole slaw. Served with one side.
Mac and Cheese Bowl: Creamy green chile mac topped with pulled pork, cheese, BBQ drizzle, cole slaw, and pickled onions. Served with one side.
Sides & extras
Sides: Ranch Beans, French Fries, Baked Potato, Chile Verde Mac & Cheese, Cole Slaw, Street Corn (Elote)
